Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL96P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL96P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where RN7SL96P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL96P is over-expressed in tumor.
ESCA are the cancer types where RN7SL96P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
