Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL92P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL92P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where RN7SL92P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL92P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as HNSC and LUSC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LIHC, HNSC, and LUSC are the cancer types where RN7SL92P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
