The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where RN7SL89P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL89P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KIRC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
