Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL861P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL861P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where RN7SL861P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL861P is over-expressed in tumor.
BLCA, KIRC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RN7SL861P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
