Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL850P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 5 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL850P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where RN7SL850P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL850P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as COAD show the opposite, repressed pattern.
BLCA, KIRC, and STAD are the cancer types where RN7SL850P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
