Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL843P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL843P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL843P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RN7SL843P RNA expression shows 6,464 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LUSC, LUAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL843P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
