Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL835P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 5 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL835P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RN7SL835P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL835P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as LUAD and LUSC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LUAD, LUSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RN7SL835P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
