The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where RN7SL832P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL832P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KIRC and THCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
