Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL815P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 2 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL815P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where RN7SL815P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL815P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KIRC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
KIRC and STAD are the cancer types where RN7SL815P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
