Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL7P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,035 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL7P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRP19_S135, SRSF1, and TACC2_S2569. Each is linked with RN7SL7P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL7P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL7P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL7P versus SRP19_S135 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
