Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL792P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 4 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL792P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where RN7SL792P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL792P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as BRCA and THCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
BRCA, THCA, and ESCA are the cancer types where RN7SL792P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
