Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL745P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL745P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where RN7SL745P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL745P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as BRCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LUSC, BRCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where RN7SL745P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
