Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL732P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 6 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL732P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where RN7SL732P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL732P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as THCA and KIRP show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LIHC, UCEC, and THCA are the cancer types where RN7SL732P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
