Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL715P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,224 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL715P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin nucleation, Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation. Each is linked with RN7SL715P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL715P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL715P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Actin nucleation grouped by RN7SL715P-low versus RN7SL715P-high in STAD.
