Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL713P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL713P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where RN7SL713P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL713P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as STAD show the opposite, repressed pattern.
STAD are the cancer types where RN7SL713P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
