Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL711P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 5 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL711P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where RN7SL711P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL711P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as THCA and KIRC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
THCA, KIRC, and KIRP are the cancer types where RN7SL711P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
