Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL70P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,596 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL70P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Regulation of DNA recombination, and Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with RN7SL70P in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL70P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL70P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by RN7SL70P-low versus RN7SL70P-high in STAD.
