Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL687P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 2 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL687P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where RN7SL687P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL687P is over-expressed in tumor.
KIRC and HNSC are the cancer types where RN7SL687P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
