RN7SL683P expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL683P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RN7SL683P RNA expression shows 6,786 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight LIHC, BRCA, and LAML as cancer lineages where RN7SL683P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
