Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL681P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL681P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where RN7SL681P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL681P is over-expressed in tumor.
ESCA, PRAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where RN7SL681P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
