Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL677P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL677P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where RN7SL677P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL677P is over-expressed in tumor.
STAD are the cancer types where RN7SL677P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
