Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL675P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL675P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where RN7SL675P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL675P is over-expressed in tumor.
PRAD are the cancer types where RN7SL675P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
