Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL670P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,246 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL670P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with RN7SL670P in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL670P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL670P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by RN7SL670P-low versus RN7SL670P-high in STAD.
