Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL659P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL659P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL659P is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RN7SL659P RNA expression shows 9,100 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Together, these results highlight LUSC, KIRC, and ACC as cancer lineages where RN7SL659P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
