Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL635P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL635P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RN7SL635P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL635P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as THCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LUAD, THCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where RN7SL635P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
