Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL634P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 4 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL634P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where RN7SL634P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL634P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KICH and KIRP show the opposite, repressed pattern.
HNSC, KICH, and KIRP are the cancer types where RN7SL634P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
