Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL60P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL60P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where RN7SL60P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL60P is over-expressed in tumor.
BRCA, LUAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where RN7SL60P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
