RN7SL5P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL5P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,504 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RN7SL5P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription by RNA polymerase III, Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process, and RNA methylation. Each is linked with RN7SL5P in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL5P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL5P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription by RNA polymerase III grouped by RN7SL5P-low versus RN7SL5P-high in ACC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RN7SL5P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RN7SL5P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
