Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL592P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL592P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RN7SL592P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL592P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as LUAD and LUSC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LUAD, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RN7SL592P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
