Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL57P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,517 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL57P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA localization, Protein acetylation, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with RN7SL57P in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL57P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL57P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA localization grouped by RN7SL57P-low versus RN7SL57P-high in STAD.
