Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL575P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 4 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL575P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where RN7SL575P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL575P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KIRC and HNSC show the opposite, repressed pattern.
KIRC, HNSC, and KIRP are the cancer types where RN7SL575P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
