Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL574P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 7 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL574P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where RN7SL574P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL574P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KICH and THCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
KICH, HNSC, and THCA are the cancer types where RN7SL574P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
