Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL568P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 2 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL568P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where RN7SL568P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL568P is over-expressed in tumor.
KIRC and LUSC are the cancer types where RN7SL568P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
