Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL564P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL564P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where RN7SL564P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL564P is over-expressed in tumor.
KIRC, LUAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where RN7SL564P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
