The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher RN7SL561P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RN7SL561P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

TGCT, STAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where RN7SL561P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
