Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL555P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL555P expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL555P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RN7SL555P RNA expression shows 6,337 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ESCA, COAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL555P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
