The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where RN7SL552P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL552P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KICH and READ show the opposite, repressed pattern.
