Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL530P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 2 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL530P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where RN7SL530P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL530P is over-expressed in tumor.
STAD and ESCA are the cancer types where RN7SL530P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
