Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL524P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL524P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where RN7SL524P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL524P is over-expressed in tumor.
PRAD are the cancer types where RN7SL524P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
