Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL49P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,104 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL49P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, Protein acylation, and Regulation of vacuole organization. Each is linked with RN7SL49P in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL49P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL49P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion grouped by RN7SL49P-low versus RN7SL49P-high in CHOL.
