Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL494P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL494P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL494P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, RN7SL494P RNA expression shows 9,032 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight LUAD, LUSC, and TGCT as cancer lineages where RN7SL494P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
