Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL48P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,405 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL48P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone modification, RNA 3'-end processing, and Centriole elongation. Each is linked with RN7SL48P in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL48P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL48P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
