Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL483P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL483P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RN7SL483P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL483P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as ESCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
LUAD, BRCA, and ESCA are the cancer types where RN7SL483P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
