Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL482P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,360 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL482P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, and Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport. Each is linked with RN7SL482P in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL482P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL482P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening grouped by RN7SL482P-low versus RN7SL482P-high in STAD.
