Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL47P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,059 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL47P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Hormone-mediated signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of protein-containing complex assembly. Each is linked with RN7SL47P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL47P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL47P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by RN7SL47P-low versus RN7SL47P-high in STAD.
