Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL474P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL474P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where RN7SL474P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL474P is over-expressed in tumor.
STAD are the cancer types where RN7SL474P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
