Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL452P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL452P expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL452P is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, RN7SL452P RNA expression shows 11,092 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight BRCA, BLCA, and UVM as cancer lineages where RN7SL452P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
