Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL435P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 2 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL435P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where RN7SL435P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL435P is over-expressed in tumor.
THCA and LUAD are the cancer types where RN7SL435P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
