Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RN7SL413P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 4 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RN7SL413P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where RN7SL413P RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RN7SL413P is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as KIRC and BLCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
KIRC, BLCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where RN7SL413P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
