Across TCGA patient cohorts, RN7SL40P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,126 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RN7SL40P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Macromolecule deacylation, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with RN7SL40P in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RN7SL40P-to-partner and partner-to-RN7SL40P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of DNA repair grouped by RN7SL40P-low versus RN7SL40P-high in STAD.
